Game Description
Oil refinement has long been government controlled. Due to various complexities, they have felt pressure from the global demand and standards for refinement. Unable to keep up with these demands, they have one option: privatizing the oil industry.

An economic spatial-awareness strategy game for 2-4 players
Start a company in the oil business! Build an efficient network in your refinery, hire experts to provide benefits over your competitors, and manage the logistics of purchasing/selling refined oil to the Markets to earn the most money in the game!

Craft Your Network
135 Unique Pipe Tiles
All possible permutations of the Pipe Tiles are included in the game! No two tiles are the same! A 4-player game will only see 80 Pipe Tiles, or about 59% of the total Pipe Tiles provided with the game, which leads to a high level of replayability!

Refine Up to Three Different Types of Oil
Each of the 3 types of oil has 4 different grades: Crude, Low-Grade, Mid-Grade, and High-Grade. Through the refinement process, oil can be refined from Crude all the way to High-Grade, which is worth more money at the Markets.

Unique Upgrades
Differentiate yourself from your competitors by taking the Upgrade Action. The higher level of an Upgrade, the more powerful it becomes. Some Upgrades provide benefits at the beginning of each new year.
