House Rules Lounge is located inside the historic Klingman Furniture building in downtown Grand Rapids. We opened our doors in November of 2020 with a modest library of games. At first we only had beverage service and a few tables. In 2024 we expanding our lounge and added a full service kitchen. In 2026 we're adding on a dedicated retail store space and even more seating. We will have seating for up to 250 gamers at a time.

Reservations are recommended for visits to the lounge, for gaming or dining. Please visit our reservation page for details.

The retail store is open for browsing and purchasing of games. No reservations required.
