IN STORE PICKUP
Online orders are generally ready for in store pickup within 24 hours. Please wait for an email confirming your order has been picked and is ready.

We ship to the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico.
SHPPING RATES
USPS (gift cards only): FREE
United States: Shipping rate calculated by UPS based on delivery address.
International: Shipping rate calculated by UPS based on delivery address.
SHIPPING CARRIERS
Gift Cards are shipped via USPS first class mail. All other products are shipped via UPS Ground. Tracking numbers are emailed when the order has shipped.
DAMANGE OR LOST PACKAGES
If UPS loses or damages a package in transit, House Rules Lounge will pursue a claim with UPS and replace the missing product, or provide a refund for the missing product.
STOLEN PACKAGES
House Rules Lounge is not responsible for packages stolen after delivery is confirmed by UPS. High value order require a signature upon delivery.
RETURNS
Games & accessories can be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase. They must be unopened and undamaged. Returns are not accepted for food & beverage, clearance items, and used games. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges related to order returns.
