Root: The Marauder Expansion

Adds two new factions to the game: the warrior-mob Lord of the Hundreds, and the stalwart Keepers in Iron. The Lord of the Hundreds are a swarming band of looters and marauders who brook no dissent. They raze the forest with their mobs while scoring points for all uncontested clearings they control. The Keepers in Iron are an exiled order of knights, intent on finding and recovering lost artifacts. They are a small but powerful group who must manage their warriors carefully to protect their artifacts and score points. Finally, this expansion includes Hirelings representing each of the four original factions in Root. These powerful mercenaries are available to players for a short time before another player takes control of them.
