Magic: the Gathering - B.Y.O. Chaos Draft May - 11 May 2026

Join us for a chaotic night of drafting with our Chaos Draft, and it's a special one: it's B.Y.O. pack night!

Yes, sadly, we only have one draft scheduled for May (House Rules is closed on Memorial Day), but what better way to make memories that'll last the whole month than with a B.Y.O. Draft?

Players receive 2 random* booster packs and will bring a Magic: the Gathering pack** as a third, and draft cards until all cards are picked. Then, using the cards you've chosen plus one special promo pack, build the best deck and duel it out in a 3-round swiss for prizes.

• 1 random booster pack per win
• Participants: 1 Secrets of Strixhaven foil promo pack
• Top 8: 1 Deadeye Navigator promo
• Champion: one copy of Bloodstained Mire

And a special bonus? We've got room for 32 people. And a special, secret prize for the winner. It's our biggest Chaos Draft ever. See you there!

* To make sure everyone has a fun time, packs are randomly assigned into bundles of 3 before event, then paired with a promo pack consisting of three cards, for balancing purposes. Players will choose bundles at random, and draft from there. All bundles are made up of packs from recent sets, and promo packs from Secrets of Strixhaven, Lorwyn Eclipsed, Edge of Eternities, Dragons of Tarkir, Duskmourn and Bloomburrow.

** Almost any draft or play booster is legal, as long as it is black or white bordered (Conspiracy is the only exception). Silver-bordered Un- sets will not be legal. Set boosters do not have enough cards to support drafting. Any player who does not show up with a pack can pay an additional $5 to receive a random pack from the draft box or buy a pack of their choice at the counter.
